As an Athletic Trainer Certified (ATC), you will be responsible to assist in the retention of long-term quality patients for the clinic through the execution of service delivery systems in turn, ensuring the patient’s needs and expectations are exceeded. Your role will be to ensure patients are correctly following the rehabilitation written. As the Rehabilitation Technician, you will be responsible for all activity in the rehabilitation room including but not limited to maintaining a safe and clean workspace, hands on support and providing an exceptional experience.

● Perform computerized range of motion assessment following protocol
● Carry out ordered exercise programs based on doctor’s written orders
● Administer decompression therapy following protocols (if applicable)
● Maintain all rehabilitation equipment by cleaning, organizing and keeping in pristine condition
● Ensure seamless and efficient patient flow in rehabilitation department
● Chart patient’s progress per clinic protocol
● Encourage and inspire patients to follow through with treatment plan
● Assist patients as needed

● Licensed in the state of Iowa
● 2 years of patient/public facing exercise experience
● 1-2 years experience in a multi-specialty practice preferred, but not required

As the Physical Therapist, you will be responsible to assist in the retention of long-term quality patients for the clinic through the execution of service delivery systems so the patient’s needs and expectations are exceeded. You will be responsible for looking at the body as a whole and assisting in the creation of treatment plans for our patients to receive the most comprehensive care. You will be an essential piece of the integrated clinic and will work in tandem to collaborate with medical professionals to result in the most effective treatment plans and clinical outcomes.

● Perform physical therapy examinations
● Oversee Physical Therapy Assistants
● Distribute orthopedic bracing
● Monitor and initiate hands on ordered exercise programs based on written order
● Educate the patient on the services provided in the clinic
● Consistently offer the highest level of personalized customer service while maintaining a positive, enthusiastic and helpful attitude
● Recognize and acknowledge when patients improve and reach goals
● Assist in the recruitment of new patients through internal and external lead generating activities
● Engage in effective communication with clinical as well as administrative staff to ensure seamless flow of production to allow for increased growth of company’s services delivered to meet the strategic objective of the company
● Ensure all patient care is focused on an upstream medical philosophy, (prevention and function based) instead of a downstream one, (symptom based)
● Demonstrate competence in physical therapy evaluation, assessment, care planning and treatment
