    Position Available: Rehabilitation Technician

    Position Summary:

    As the Rehabilitation Technician, you will be responsible to assist in the retention of long-term quality patients for the clinic through the execution of service delivery systems in turn, ensuring the patient’s needs and expectations are exceeded. Your role will be to ensure patients are correctly following the rehabilitation written. As the Rehabilitation Technician, you will be responsible for all activity in the rehabilitation room including but not limited to maintaining a safe and clean workspace, hands on support and providing an exceptional experience.

    Performance Objectives:

    • Perform computerized range of motion assessment following protocol
    • Carry out ordered exercise programs based on doctor’s written orders
    • Administer decompression therapy following protocols (if applicable) 
    • Maintain all rehabilitation equipment by cleaning, organizing and keeping in pristine condition 
    • Ensure seamless and efficient patient flow in rehabilitation department 
    • Chart patient’s progress per clinic protocol 
    • Encourage and inspire patients to follow through with treatment plan 
    • Assist patients as needed
    • Collect success stories, testimonials and feedback from patients
    • Consistently offer the highest level of personalized customer service while maintaining a positive, enthusiastic and helpful attitude

    • Multitask in a fast-paced environment with a variety of personalities 
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills to quickly and effectively connect with patients and staff
    • Ability to alter communication based on how patient will best understand exercises 
    • Entrepreneurially orientated, driven to succeed and a commitment to achieve results and solve problems
    • Self-starter who can work independently and as a team within existing processes or operate effectively with ambiguity
    • Ability to be forward-thinking in the organization of patients, schedule and tasks
    • Proficient computer skills 
    • Present self in a professional and positive manner in attitude and appearance at all times
    • Understand, align with and communicate the clinics mission, vision, and values
    • Desire to define and take massive action to accomplish your own personal, professional and financial goals

    Education & Experience:

    • Patient/public facing exercise experience
    • Experience in a multi-specialty practice preferred, but not required.

Occasional travel to local meetings and training may be required.

    Salary Range: 

    $15-$18/hour
