Position Summary:
As the Physical Therapist, you will be responsible to assist in the retention of long-term quality patients for the clinic through the execution of service delivery systems so the patientโs needs and expectations are exceeded. You will be responsible for looking at the body as a whole and assisting in the creation of treatment plans for our patients to receive the most comprehensive care. You will be an essential piece of the integrated clinic and will work in tandem to collaborate with medical professionals to result in the most effective treatment plans and clinical outcomes.

Performance Objectives:
โ Attend all clinic meetings
โ Perform physical therapy examinations
โ Oversee Physical Therapy Assistants
โ Distribute orthopedic bracing
โ Monitor and initiate hands on ordered exercise programs based on written order
โ Educate the patient on the services provided in the clinic
โ Consistently offer the highest level of personalized customer service while maintaining a positive, enthusiastic and helpful attitude
โ Recognize and acknowledge when patients improve and reach goals
โ Assist in the recruitment of new patients through internal and external lead generating activities
โ Engage in effective communication with clinical as well as administrative staff to ensure seamless flow of production to allow for increased growth of companyโs services delivered to meet the strategic objective of the company
โ Ensure all patient care is focused on an upstream medical philosophy, (prevention and function based) instead of a downstream one, (symptom based)

Education & Experience:
โ 1 year Physical Therapist
โ Appropriate state PT license required
โ Required Bachelor’s Physical Therapy
โ Preferred Master’s Physical Therapy
โ Preferred Doctorate’s Physical Therapy
